  The Lake Worth Surgery Center is located in the Lake Worth Medical Center at the east end of the Nassau Square shopping center in Lake Worth, Florida approximately 1/4 mile east of the Florida Turnpike on the north side of Lake Worth Road.

Live Surgery

 

  The live surgery will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. on Thursday, December 2, 2004.  If you are flying or driving in early on Thursday morning, please ensure enough time from your airport to the Lake Worth Surgery Center.

 

  There are many local hotels nearby that you can stay at on Wednesday night to arrive on time for the live surgery. Please consult your local travel agent for hotel reservations.

Directions

 

From the Florida Turnpike:

  Heading south from West Palm Beach or further north or heading north from Fort Lauderdale or the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, exit on Lake Worth Road and go east. Driving time from the Fort Lauderdale airport is approximately one hour. Driving time from the West Palm Beach airport is approximately 20 minutes.

 

  The Nassau Square shopping center will be 1/4 mile down on the left (north) side. The Lake Worth Surgery Center is on the east corner.

 

From I-95:

  Heading south from West Palm Beach or further north, exit on 10th Avenue North and go west to Jog Road.  Turn left (south) on Jog Road to Lake Worth Road and turn right (west) on Lake Worth Road.  Driving time from the West Palm Beach airport is approximately 20 minutes.

or

  Heading north from Fort Lauderdale or Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, exit on Lantana Road and go west to Jog Road.  Turn right (north) to Lake Worth Road, then turn left (west) on Lake Worth Road. Driving time from the Fort Lauderdale airport is approximately one hour.

 

  The Lake Worth Surgery Center is at the east corner in the Nassau Square Shopping Center which will be on the right (north) side.
